Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. You will engage customers with hospitality across all experiences, and mentor teammates to deliver top-tier service.

Eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus and ongoing incentives, plus a $1.50/hr shift premium for working 10pm-6am. Comprehensive benefits include PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, reaching and lifting up to 20 pounds (up to 40 pounds with assistance).
• Must be 18 years of age or older; VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member.
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers.
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
