Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor in our store to lead a team with energy and a passion for hospitality. You’ll motivate teammates, ensure fast and accurate food/bev service, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 20 pounds and assist lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older (21 in VA for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with high-quality service and hospitality.
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages quickly and safely.
• Mentor teammates to prioritize tasks and maintain teamwork.
• Monitor store stock, merchandising, and cleanliness to ensure product availability.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications:

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
