Overview

$1,000 Sign on Bonus! ($500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days of employment) Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top‑tier customer service
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and work as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goods in‑store to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for our customers
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
