Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. You’ll coach crew, greet customers, and ensure hospitality and accurate food preparations meet brand standards.

This role offers growth opportunities, quarterly bonuses based on company performance, PTO, 401k match, employee stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, full medical/vision/dental coverage, and snack discounts. Evening shift with a starting rate of $18.50/hr.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; assist others with lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

• Make quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on products in-store to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available

$1,000 Sign on Bonus! ($500 after 30 days of employment and $500 after 90 days of employment)

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
