Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and hospitality at every customer touchpoint. You will mentor teammates, ensure precise food and beverage preparation, and maintain clean, organized store areas to delight customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and reaching.
• Age 18+; supervisor tasks may require 21+ per VA state law.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep things clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
