Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead our store team with high-energy, positive attitude and a strong focus on hospitality. You will mentor staff, ensure orders meet exact customer specifications, and maintain a fast, safe service standard while delivering top-notch customer experiences.

The role includes a night shift with a $1.50/hr premium for working 10pm-6am, and a suite of benefits including bonuses, PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications safely, quickly, and with a friendly approach.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks and perform well as a Team Member.
• Monitor store inventory and ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.

Additional $1.50/hr. for working 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
