Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a customer-first mindset. You’ll mentor teammates, ensure accurate food and beverage preparation, and maintain store standards for cleanliness and stock.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task and perform bending, standing, and reaching, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and assist others lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
