Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead our store team with energetic guest service and efficiency in Morgantown, WV.

You’ll guide team members, uphold hospitality standards, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering fast, friendly service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years or older for certain tasks).
• Able to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds with assistance as needed.
• Strong customer service and team mentorship skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to customer specs in a safe, fast, friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach the team to prioritize tasks and work as a unit.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
