Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor in Salisbury, NC to lead store operations during evenings and overnight shifts. You will deliver hospitality, supervise teammates, and ensure top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to exact specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and excel as a team.
• Monitor in-store merchandise to ensure products are ordered, rotated, and available.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
