Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor in Manchester, MD to lead a high-energy store team and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will coach teammates, maintain stock, and ensure flawless guest experiences with a focus on safety and quality.

The role offers a starting hourly wage of $19.00 for evening shifts, with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, parental leave, 401(k) match, employee stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, perform bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively.
• Monitor in-store stock to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
