Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor position in Ohio. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service excellence, and team coordination to deliver high-quality food and beverage service in our stores.

Starting pay is USD $19.00 per hour with an additional $1.50 per hour for night shifts (10pm–6am). Evening shifts are required, and the company offers extensive benefits, bonuses, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 40 pounds with assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and accurate manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
• Monitor store inventory and merchandise to ensure products are stocked and readily available.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
