Job summary

Sheetz in Westminster, MD is hiring a Supervisor to lead a busy store team. You’ll be a visible leader, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations during the 10pm–6am shift.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and medical/dental/vision coverage. Join a company that values you and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; VA state law may require 21+ for certain tasks.
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach repeatedly and lift up to 20 pounds, with assistance for 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve quality food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor store inventory to keep products ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
