Sheetz is hiring for a Supervisor position in Cumberland County, Carlisle. Earn a starting rate of USD 18.50 per hour with evenings shifts and opportunity for bonuses and advancement.

You will lead a store team, ensure quality service, manage tasks, and uphold cleanliness standards across store, kitchen, and dining areas. Join a growing company that values employees with strong hospitality, reliability, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and reaching.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds and assist others with up to 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+ years old (VA state law for certain tasks -> 21+)

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide top-tier customer service.
• Prepare food and beverages to exact specs in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Monitor in-store products to ensure availability and proper merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
