Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager (full-time) to join a high performing team. You will be empowered to lead, coach, and develop others, while delivering professional customer service and maintaining a clean, organized store.

The anticipated wage is $26.00–$28.60 per hour with a monthly bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and paid time off up to 152 hours per year, plus 64 hours of paid sick time where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model "Great Place To Work" behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
• Other duties as assigned
