Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time role to join a high-performing retail team, empowered to lead and develop customer-focused store operations.

The position offers an hourly wage of $24.00–$26.40, eligibility for a monthly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and paid time off for holidays and sick time. Schedule is 6am–10pm.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail environments.
• Strong customer service and store operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and model professional customer service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
• Cross-train in all areas of store operations
• Lead, coach, and develop others
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
• Be a subject matter expert in your role and model great place to work behaviors
• Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
• Other duties as assigned
