Job summary

KnitWell Group’s Fort Worth store is seeking a Stock Associate to ensure smooth operations from stockroom to sales floor. You’ll greet customers, maintain stock, and support shipments to keep the shop well-organized and inviting.

Your role emphasizes attention to detail, excellent service, and collaboration with store leadership to deliver a polished shopping experience at the Fort Worth location.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards with focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
