Job summary

Knitwell Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling recommendations and keeping the sales floor organized to impress shoppers.

You will connect with customers, share product knowledge, drive brand loyalty, and use a POS system while collaborating with store leadership to meet daily goals and deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience across our brand family.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
