Base pay range

$12.00/hr - $13.00/hr

The Store Staff is responsible for providing outstanding service to guests in the camp store. This is a SEASONAL, full-time or part-time position and reports to the Store Supervisor.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist guests in finding merchandise
• Ensure store is clean, neat, organized, and well-stocked
• Process transactions accurately using point of sale system
• Assist with merchandise inventory and stock management
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Receive and check goods for damages or missing items
• Create price labels and organize displays
• Assist customers and participate in store projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Upbeat personality, strong work ethic, professional appearance
• Cash-handling and credit card transaction experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Remain stationary and move throughout the store
• Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, crawl
• Manipulate fingers, hands, and arms for various tasks
