Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Downingtown, PA is hiring an in-store shopper to support curbside pick-up. You will use our app to engage with customers, shop their orders and stage them for pickup.

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, you will bag items carefully, make substitutions when needed, process payments, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Strong communication and independent work are essential to provide customers with the freshest products and top service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting.
• Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
