Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; associate degree or two years’ experience preferred.
• Experience in retail operations and supervising staff is a plus.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and labor laws is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) in most cases, directing store operations.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives engagement by communicating with customers and resolving issues promptly.
