Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred or two years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) for store operations.
• Directs store resources and key decisions under Store Manager guidance.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives engagement by communicating with customers and providing feedback to associates.
• Resolves customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Oversees work assignments to maximize efficiency and profits.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, including breaks and scheduling restrictions.
• Oversees receiving, pricing accuracy, freshness, quality and rotation of merchandise.
• Maintains logs according to company policy.
• Ensures safety and compliance with OSHA and weights/measures laws.
• Performs daily store walks to identify opportunities and provide direction.
• Supports and executes company programs to achieve business results.
