Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or two years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) and makes key store decisions.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives engagement by communicating with customers and resolving issues.
• Oversees work assignments to maximize productivity while complying with labor laws.
• Oversees receiving, pricing, freshness, quality, and logs per policy.
• Ensures safety and compliance with weights, measures, and OSHA requirements.
• Performs daily store walks to identify opportunities and provide direction.
• Supports company programs and ensures policies are communicated and followed.
