Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD), guiding store operations.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives engagement by communicating with customers and resolving issues.
• Oversees work assignments and ensures labor law compliance.
• Manages receiving, pricing, freshness, and product rotation; maintains logs.
• Ensures safety and compliance with weights, measures and OSHA.
• Performs daily store walks to identify opportunities and provide direction.
• Supports company programs and enforces policy understanding among associates.
