Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) and directs routine store operations.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives customer engagement and resolves issues promptly.
• Oversees scheduling, labor compliance, and safety procedures.
• Controls receiving, pricing, freshness, and logs per policy.
• Ensures OSHA compliance and price/weight accuracy.
• Performs daily store walks and communicates direction to staff.
• Implements company programs to achieve business results.
