Job summary

CVS Health in Bloomington, IL is hiring a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive store execution with a focus on customer service and loyalty. When managers are absent, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.

You will supervise a team, handle customer questions and complaints, maintain confidentiality, price merchandise, stock shelves, and reset departments according to planograms, while promoting CVS customer

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff in the absence of store management or Operations Supervisor, ensuring smooth store operations and completion of opening/closing procedures.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory, and reset departments following planograms.
