Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD), performing all necessary functions for successful store operation, and makes key decisions on store resources.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions throughout the store.
• Communicates with customers, provides feedback, and resolves customer issues promptly.
• Oversees work assignments to utilize talents and abilities effectively, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Oversees procedures for receiving, producing, and replenishing merchandise, including inspecting deliveries, pricing, and product quality.
• Ensures safety compliance and adherence to laws regarding weights, measures, and price accuracy.
• Performs daily store walks to identify successes and opportunities, providing direction and feedback.
• Supports company programs to achieve business results and ensures policies are understood and followed.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring all associates work safely, efficiently, and productively, with direct supervisory responsibilities over multiple store aspects.

Qualification Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or two years’ experience preferred. Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without accommodations.
