Job summary

Morrisons in Wisconsin invites a motivated Shift Leader to help run the store on shift, stepping in for management as needed. You will motivate colleagues, resolve issues quickly, and ensure the store operates safely, legally, and efficiently.

You’ll focus on delivering strong customer service, managing stock and mise-en-place, coaching teammates, and upholding our standards so every customer leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced retail team on shift.
• Strong customer-service focus and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first: take pride in improving the customer journey and removing barriers.
• Lead a 'one team' approach: coach, guide, and support colleagues on the shift.
• Keep standards high, safe, and legal: open/close the store, manage security, follow safety rules.
• Drive operational standards: follow guidance to ensure store is ready for trade and handle emergencies calmly.
• Look after sales and stock: minimize waste and stock loss through rotation and stocking shelves.
