CVS Health in Huntington Station, NY is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team. You will help drive store execution, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures when managers are not onsite.

You will supervise staff, communicate with management, assist customers, maintain merchandise, and uphold CVS customer service standards. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with execution and performance.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, assist, and thank customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
