Job summary

CVS Health in Newburgh, NY is seeking a Shift Supervisor who will support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads staff and ensures opening/closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise crews, assist customers, price merchandise, and reset departments per planograms, contributing to a safe and welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early mornings, overnights and weekends.
