Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and assists with vendor deliveries through back door.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures pricing signage is displayed.
• Assists with maintenance, displays, and basic bookkeeping activities as needed.
