Murphy Oil USA, Inc is seeking part-time Shift Leads to deliver a fast, friendly customer experience and support store operations. You will assist customers with purchases, manage cash and POS tasks, and help the team meet performance goals in a busy convenience store setting.

This role emphasizes leadership potential, reliability, and the ability to train new staff while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering prompt, courteous service in fast-paced environments.
• Cashier duties including handling transactions and POS operations.
• Ability to lead small teams and train new staff when needed.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule for part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experiences.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate the cash register and manage daily checkout tasks.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available and properly stocked.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager with store operations and tasks.
• Assist team to exceed performance goals.
• Carry out duties as assigned by management.
• Cover backup duties when management is absent, including paperwork and training.
