Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months related job experience.
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Responding to and resolving customer requests and concerns.
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operating the cash register.
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in store operations.
• Helping lead the team to exceed performance goals.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Backup duties in the absence of management including paperwork, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, and staff training.
