Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Minimum of one year of retail experience (external) or proven lead experience with testing completed.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, profits, payroll, and expenses (P&L).
• Conducted water analysis and mechanical repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure the team follows all safety protocols.
• Identify new talent to join the team.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised, welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Opening and closing store responsibilities, including daily bank deposits.
