Compensation

Shift Lead Salary Range: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customers’ requests and concerns
• Operating cash register
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise is available for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Performing job‑related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management, providing backup duties including daily/monthly paperwork, problem resolution, daily video review, plan‑ogram compliance, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
