Job summary

Murphy USA is hiring for part-time Shift Leads in Colorado. You will supervise a team, ensure smooth store operations, and deliver excellent customer service while handling cash and merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or related experience).
• At least 3 months of cashier experience is required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform bending, standing, and reaching for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Operate cash register and ensure fuel and merchandise availability.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Lead the team to exceed store performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customer’s requests and concerns
• Operating cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Performing job related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including but not limited to completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance and training new employees

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Assistant Manager Salary Range $18.25 - $18.75 per hour

Shift Lead Salary Range $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
