Job summary

Minuteman Food Mart is seeking a dependable Stocker to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and accurately labeled. You will receive and unpack deliveries, check items against orders, and help maintain a visually appealing store layout.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No formal education required, but a willingness to learn and provide friendly customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unpack merchandise deliveries promptly.
• Check inventory against purchase orders for accuracy.
• Organize and stock shelves, racks, and displays per planograms.
• Rotate stock to keep oldest items forward and fresh.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with counts.
• Assist customers in locating items and provide friendly service.
