Minuteman Food Mart is seeking a reliable Stocker to ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and accurately tracked. You will receive and unpack deliveries, stock displays, and assist customers while maintaining store cleanliness and proper pricing.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are important.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Receive, inspect, and unpack merchandise deliveries in a timely manner.
• Check inventory against purchase orders and ensure accuracy in quantities and quality.
• Organize and stock shelves, racks, and displays according to planograms and store layout guidelines.
• Rotate products to maintain freshness and place oldest stock at the front.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in stockroom, backroom, and sales floor areas.
• Ensure proper labeling and pricing of products and update as necessary.
• Assist customers with locating items and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Collaborate with team to implement promotional displays and maintain store appearance.
