Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Complete internal customer service training within one month of hire.
• Basic math, reading, computer, and cashiering skills are required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Must be able to work as scheduled including Saturdays and holidays.
• Retail environment experience is preferred.
• There are physical requirements such as standing and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and ascertains needs.
• Provides high-quality customer service with product knowledge.
• Develops understanding of contents and properties of products.
• Responds to questions about curriculum and fitting of clothing.
• May provide personal fitting consultation at distribution store.
• Prepares merchandise for purchase and operates POS terminal.
• Finalizes sales and processes returns.
• Assists supervisor to keep store well presented and stocked.
• May assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Performs housekeeping duties to maintain facilities.
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends.
