Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring Field Representatives to collect retail data, merchandise products, and perform store resets across markets in the United States. You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information and transmit files after completing projects.

The role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 40 pounds and work in cold store areas. Training is provided and hours are at least 32 per week.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to collect item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Complete projects within your market area; may travel across the United States.
• Record data via company app and transmit files to the corporate office after completion.
• Conduct product demos and interact with store personnel and customers as required.
• Perform planogram and shelf resets at various locations.

What will you be doing?

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed and available, you will be completing projects throughout the United States both independently and part of a group.
• You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, as well as pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Transmitting the file to our corporate office for review after you have completed the project successfully.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client’s needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client’s behalf.
