Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking motivated Field Representatives to collect retail information, merchandise/demo products, and conduct resets across assigned market areas. You will work independently or with a team, using our app to record product details and transmit results to the corporate office.

You will interact with store personnel and customers, perform planogram resets, and meet project criteria with attention to detail. Candidates should be 18+, have a HS diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigeration areas.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on client's behalf.

Responsibilities

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed, you will complete projects throughout the United States both independently and as part of a group.
• You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit the file to our corporate office after project completion.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers per client needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client’s needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client’s behalf.
