Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking motivated Field Representatives to collect critical retail information and perform merchandising tasks across various grocery store locations. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in teams within market areas.

The role involves visiting stores, recording data via a company app, conducting demos, and performing shelf resets. Training is provided; driving and physical endurance are required, with at least 32 hours

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in grocery-store environments.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned projects within your market area.
• Complete projects across the United States as needed, independently or in a team.
• Record prescribed product information using the company app.
• Capture data such as item prices, promotions, and photos of merchandising and displays.
• Transmit completed project data to the corporate office.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel and customers as required by clients.
• Perform planogram and shelf resets at various locations.

What will you be doing?

• You will be assigned projects within your market area.
• If needed and available, you will be completing projects throughout the United States both independently and part of a group.
• You will download and use a company app to record prescribed product information.
• Follow specific criteria to capture information such as item prices, displayed promotions, as well as pictures of product merchandising and/or displays.
• Transmitting the file to our corporate office for review after you have completed the project successfully.
• Conduct demos and interact with store personnel as well as potential customers per our client’s needs.
• Perform planogram/shelf resets at various locations.

What does RDSolutions Require?

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company apps and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Available at least 32 hours per week, flexible to take on more hours as needed.
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with the attention to detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
• Comfortable engaging with store employees and customers on our client’s behalf.
