Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Team Member to keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll perform daily/weekly maintenance tasks, assist with cleaning projects, minor repairs, and ordering supplies while supporting store teams and following SOPs.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly wage and Whole Benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• 8-hour shift with 6-8 hours standing/walking.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to use tools and equipment safely.
• Ability to work in wet and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Participates in ordering supplies for store maintenance.
• Helps with cleaning emergencies.
• Helps maintain the store’s landscaping and parking lot.
• Performs continual cleaning of all store departments.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed and ready to work.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
