Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a maintenance team member to uphold cleanliness and safety across floor, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices. You will support various teams, perform cleaning and minor repairs, and assist with supply ordering while following store SOPs and core values.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule. Wage range: $17.00-$25.40 per hour, with Whole Benefits including store discount and PTO.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Participates in ordering supplied required for store maintenance.
• Helps with cleaning emergencies.
• Helps maintain the store’s landscaping and parking lot.
• Performs continual cleaning of all store departments.
• Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work; works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
