Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative for the Owatonna, MN area. You will travel between multiple store locations, manage displays, stock and organize products, and build strong relationships with store staff. This hands-on role offers independence and a chance to see the impact of your work daily.

You will execute plan-o-grams, perform display resets, and maintain inventory. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this field-based

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
