Job summary

Hillman is seeking a Store Sales Representative to cover the Rochester, MN area. You will own your territory, keep displays sharp, manage inventory, and foster strong relationships with store staff while traveling between locations.

The role offers $18–$20 per hour, a company car with a gas card, and a flexible schedule. Additional benefits include cell phone allowance and full health, dental, and vision coverage, plus PTO and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, self-motivated.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.

What You’ll Do
