Job summary

Hillman Group in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory, keep displays sharp, and maintain strong relationships with store teams. This hands-on role involves traveling between locations, executing plan-o-grams, stocking and organizing product, and ensuring optimal inventory.

You’ll complete service reports and photo documentation, with a flexible schedule and the support of a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a retirement plan.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule

• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
