Job summary

The Hillman Group is hiring a Store Sales Representative to own a territory and be the face of Hillman in partner stores. You will maintain displays, manage inventory, and nurture store relationships. You’ll travel across locations and handle product upkeep with attention to customer needs.

Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and capable of reading plan-o-grams. This role includes benefits and a focus on hands-on, in-store results.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or field service preferred.
• Must be organized and dependable.
• Able to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory.
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays.
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly

This is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
