Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory and be the face of Hillman in partner stores. You will keep displays sharp, ensure inventory flows smoothly, and build strong relationships with store associates and managers.

You will travel between stores, execute planograms, stock and organize products, and complete service reports to capture results. This hands-on role offers autonomy, active daily problem solving, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible).

Responsabilités

• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
