The Hillman Group in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own territory, maintain displays, and drive inventory flow while building strong relationships with store staff.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel between stores, occasional overnight stays possible.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers

This is a hands-on role where you’ll stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your work every day.
