Job summary

ALDI USA in Brooksville, FL is hiring a Store Associate to merchandise and stock product, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and a great shopping experience.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with staged increases in years 2–5. Average hours are 30+ weekly. This role requires the ability to perform duties safely and efficiently, including operating the POS system and assisting with curbside orders when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers and POS system.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process purchases and informs management of issues.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows the line policy and opens additional check lanes as required to ensure efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintains zone standards and merchandising standards at all times.
• Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals.
• Complies with company policies and creates a safe working environment.
